Delivery Finished Work

Finished work is generally available 10 working days after of completion of selecting the photos.

Deposit

To secure your booking, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $50 must be paid. We accept Direct Deposit, Bank Deposit, Internet Transfer or Cash.

Payment

If you are paying the remaining balance by Internet Banking, you must do this no later than 3 days prior to your booking, or you may pay your balance by cash at the shoot on the day, or alternatively anytime beforehand.

Cancellation

If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your booking then you will forfeit your deposit, this is due to the time restriction on finding a replacement for your booking.

One-Time Reschedule Option

If you need to cancel your booking and have given at least 72 hours notice, you will have the option to reschedule your photo shoot once within one year from the original booking date with no charge or penalty applied. Any amounts already paid will be fully applied.

Inclement Weather

Inclement weather includes but is not limited to rain, the threat of lightening, anticipated thunderstorms or other dangerous weather conditions. You will have the option to reschedule your booking.

Un-Edited  Photo

I do not release any unfinished work. Yes, I'm aware that many models receive CD copies of unedited photo shoot images from willing so-called photographers. Unlike the Point-and-Shoot camera, the professional camera doesn't make the image quality decisions for the photographer, but the photographer has to make these decisions when he post processed each individual image. However, you can still see all the images online from the shoot as proof images.

Copyright of Images

With payment of the price due for the photograph(s), the Licensee has obtained the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the photography as described in this agreement. The Licensee can not transfer usage rights to any third party. Copyright to the photographs remains Krispy Photography.

Permissible Uses of Licensed Images

This license agreement DOES PERMIT the following uses of the images. You may ONLY use these images in your online personal profile or any modelling portfolio website for non-commercial, self-promoting usage.

Restricted Usage

This license agreement does not permit the following uses of the images. You may not post any image or images from Krispy Photography for any commercial purpose, nor submit the images online to any publicity. You may not use these images for resale. You may not use, or allow anyone else to use any of these images to create pornographic, libellous, obscene or defamatory images. Using an image or images in a way not covered or specifically prohibited
by this agreement, without prior written consent from Krispy Photography is a violation of ederal copyright law. (http://www.copyright.org.au/)

Image Manipulation

Krispy Photography’s primary interest is to protect the integrity of the original. The Krispy Photography will not allow the inversion of the original or the removal (except for allowable cropping) or addition of content. We will allow adjustments to contrast and sharpness, and minor adjustments of colour. Images may be cropped at the edges or a portion may be selected from within a photograph. Any manipulation of the materials beyond that stated in the policy must be approved by the Krispy Photography.

Indemnification and Limits of Liability

Licensee shall indemnify Krispy Photography, its trustees, agents, employees, representatives and associates against any and all claims arising out of the use of an image which may be construed by a model as degrading or offensive, or which deal with controversial subjects for whom the licensee has not obtained written permission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krispy Photography, it's trustees, agents, employees, representatives and associates against any damages or liability of any kind arising from the use of an image other than the uses specifically permitted by this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the State of Queensland.
